Pizza Hut's pizza are way greasier! Papa Johns has great hot peppers which taste great on pizza (try it). Papa Johns ingredients also taste fresher to me, and their pizza is not greasy.

papa johns i feel is more for older people like 30 and up because they like the thick, crusted and square pizza
and i think that pizza hut is thinner, although i havent had it in a while. i prefer papa johns, only because their sauce is awesome and i have aquired a taste for square :)

original italy pizza made by japanese chef is the best ... very thin close to paper thin . could be ordered in Mandaring Garden Club House - Shanghai . unfortunately in Shanghai both Pizza Hut and Papa Johns put near junk ingredients in theire pizza .
