If there is a problem with the pizza don't pass the buck. This has happening to me with delivery drivers and it is very irritating.

don't be more than 30-40 minutes from order to delivery, have pizza ready & hot, have change, remember who tips well & go there first.

be nice, look clean and tidy and handle everything calmly. just be nice is the trick i guess....i did this and i swear that i got a 20 dollar tip back in junior year when i worked for marys pizza and i freaked:)

Be neat and tidy in appearance, polite and well mannered and do your best to offer the promptest service you can, but still obey traffic regulations and drive to suit the weather and road conditions.

work the night shift. i dont no y but most people feel more inclined to tip more later at night.
