You can eat healthy from a dumpster as long as you make smart choices.

Order anything grilled, no mayo, no cheese, nothing fried.

Taco Bell has "al fresco" skip the tortilla.

The bread, bun, tortillas are the killers, not what is inside.

In general, I would say that Taco Bell is healthier than McDonald's and Burger king, and Subway is healthier than all three. It all comes down to what you order though.

Subway is healthiest some of their meats are turkey and chicken based. Which increases in protein and decreases the fat. Lunch meat is still high in sodium though not much can be done about that. But get the whole wheat or honey and oat I think its called and load up on veggies and watch out for the sauces as they are really fatty and some are loaded with sugar and its actually pretty healthy.

No taco bell is just as bad as mcdonalds or burger king.

Subway has more healthy options. But you can opt for some pretty unhealthy stuff at subway too.

If you order a turkey sub without cheese and with no sauce (or maybe just mustard), that is a much healthier choice than you could get at McDonalds. If you order a double-meat BMT loaded with everything--that's probably pretty close to the unhealthiness of what you get at the burger places. Subway has mayo-based and sugary sauces and lots of high fat meats on the menu too. Read the fine print on the "six grams of fat" menu and follow it if you are dieting.

Subway is probably the healthiest of those four. But Taco Bell is probably just as bad as McDonalds and Burger King

It all depends on what you order in each place. You can get a yogurt parfait or oatmeal at Mcdonalds. Both healthy choices but not usually what someone goes to Mcdonald’s for. They have that lite line at Taco Bell. Fresco or something. Forget what it’s called. the calorie count is on everything so just go by that!

I wouldn't be so fast to say Subway is the place to eat, as we've just found out they put the same chemical in their bread as are found in yoga mats. They say it's to make their bread more stretchy... yum... I think they're going to take it out, but who knows when?... This question is more in the "rob peter to pay paul" category. Go to subway and order without the bread... that'll be fun.

Taco bell? They don't even use real meat. GO for subway

because it's fresh and healthier plus you can see what they are doing to your food unlike mcdonalds and others. So subway

It depends on what you order.

Subway is probably the best of the bunch if you're going to stick with what each one is most famous for.

None of them are particularly healthy. It's better to cook and eat at home.
