The big mac looks bigger but is mostly bread. The big n tasty is basically a quarter pounder without the cheese but with lettuce and tomato. No mustard but mayonnaise and ketchup. With regards to which is better, it's all about preference. The big mac comes with cheese, lettuce (shredded) and the sauce is like thousand island dressing. The first guy listed all the ingredients for you and he is right on. You could always get one today and the other one tomorrow. :o)

Big Mac has special sauce and extra bread. Big n' tasty is a Whopper made at McDonalds--you pay extra for cheese, but get lettuce and tomatoes.

Big Mac by a mile and you should get one because to me a big and tasty looks like a quarter pounder. You should get a Big Mac--go for it!!!
