I really want to know, why does fast food places like Burger King stop serving breakfast at 10:30 AM? What's the logic in that?

Not all do, some wait till 11am. McDonalds's has a national policy of 10:30, so all stores are the same in that regard. They make the change over to a new menu, the lunch and dinner menu, and prep the grills and warmers for the new food. They physically don't have the space or equipment to keep their whole menu active all day. Most people, by 10:30, no longer are looking for overpriced egg muffins, and want burgers and fries....according to market research.
Jack in the Box serves their entire menu all day and night...but you have to eat at Jack in the Box...ugghh.
Breakfast tends to be the most profitable menu, as most restaurants serve sandwiches that are really cheap to make, but charge far more than a hamburger. McDonald's, for example, charges an extra $2 for any sandwich with an egg in it. One egg costs them 20 cents, wholesale. That's a nice tidy profit.

I'm not sure if any time is exactly logical, but 11:00 AM is probably too late and 10:30 AM gives the restaurants a bit of time to regroup for lunch and dinner meals.

Lunchtime for many people is sometime between 11a-1p Because in order to start lunch service it takes time to switch over to Lunch menu items so they cant have lunch items ready if they dont stop serving breakfast first.

You cant make everyone happy. Some people would argue they want lunch before 10:30.

Breakfast is simply not as popular as lunch or dinner, most restaurants don't even open for breakfast and that is why.

The grills have to be set at a lower temperature to cook eggs. To cook the beef patties, they need a higher temperature. Since mid-morning is approaching the lunch run, they turn up the heat.
