I'm a 17 year old guy, its late at night, I have not eaten dinner, and with no food in the house my only option is fast food. I'm wondering if its healthier to not eat at all tonight, or eat fast food late at night?

Just eat your going to wake up super hungry anyways your still young you can burn off those calories fast. Eat a salad if ur really concerned :) or a yougurt parfait yumm but its not to filling. Eh your call I'd eat. Becareful tho they say eating right be4 u go to bed gives you nightmares!

I would wait until morning to eat. It is too late at night for fast food

If it's your only option you'll just have to eat the fast food~much better than sleeping on an empty tummy. Order the healthiest thing on the menu or at least don't order the worst thing. Fast food once in a while isn't going to kill you.

If a Mcdoanld's is near you, you can get a Mcwrap with grilled chicken and your choice of flavor, or a salad with grilled chicken and a low fat dressing choice.

I would throw down some fast food and have at it. When I was your age I didn't care what I ate.

Some food in your belly is better than no food. If you're too hungry, you won't be able to sleep.

Go to McDonald's and get a salad, it's healthy, inexpensive and tastes good.
