Most have 2 for $3 on Friday.....that is when I go.....I agree the price is high, has been for long time and should go on dollar menu also.....but you can't put every item on dollar menu.......Fish is also more expensive than Chicken, plus cheese, which is terrribly expensive lately.

All food prices are increasing everywhere due to the price of fuel.....as always in US, when the economy is not working properly, prices go up and the people suffer, not lawmakers who have ability to make changes....

When you go into a fast food place and they no longer have a promotion going there is no need to get huffy and get mad at the manager. They are not the ones that make the rules. I absolutely HATE it when someone comes into the MC Donald's where I work and they get mad because we no longer have the 2 for $2 sausage egg muffins. Remember when you see these ads they DO say "Limited time offer" and or "Participation may vary". Not all Mc Donald's have the same promotions. The one I work at doesn't have the Angus burger, and we also do not have the 39 cent ice cream cones.

There is going to be a shortage of some fish this year.

I bought some swordfish from our local fishmonger yesterday and he was telling me that prices will be going up. He wasn't for sure if the government ordered the fishermen to lay off this season or the fishermen themselves elected to not fish this season. The waters have been over fished the past few seasons. They want stock to get built back up

There still will be farm raised fish YUK

$3.49 for a Felt-O-Fish at YOUR McDonald s....I just came from the one near my office and was charges $4.29 for the same thing you purchased! I was told that each McD franchise can charge what they want. VERY disappointing. I ll eat PB&J before buying another McD Filet-O-Fish!

I don't know but it's so not worth it. I used to like the fish sandwich. I got it one time this year during Lent....actually on Good Friday and it cost me $7.00 for my "value" meal and I didn't even enjoy it. I wonder if the fish sandwich Wendy's had during lent was any better?

Dang, I didn't realize it was that expensive. I haven't bought one in awhile. I could get the lunch special at the Hunan Garden Chinese restaurant down the street for about $1 more.

I'm from the UK and we get fish-o-fillets here at our mcdonalds too.

I don't like fish and it smells rank.

The only fish I will eat is fresh cod from the fish and chip shop at the sea-side.

I don't like macdonelds food, I much p;refer KFC, KFC is more expensive but their food is actually worth it and it's a better FFR.

(stands for Fast Food Resturant)

I think they generally only do fish-o-fillets for muslims as they can't eat meat.

And as their is alot of muslims and indians in our countries, they can up the price and know it will still sell.
