My pizza is late, I called, and the driver is just leaving?

So I ordered from dominos about, oh , 40 minutes ago, and as you know, the dominos website has a pizza tracker. So everything went smoothly as I tracked my pizza :D
Until it got to quality check.
It took dominos 20 minutes for a 'quality check', and Im not saying I dont want my pizza top quality, but come on. :L
So, do I deserve it for free or a discount? I dont want to seem rude when he gets here.

They didn't promise the pizza by a certain time so no discount, no free pizza.



The tracker is a gimmick. Don't believe everything you read on the internet.
