It is a can of tuna fish mixed w/ boiled eggs, mayo, mustard, pickle relish, salt , pepper, and if you want you can add celery and even apples or grapes to enhance the flavor,,, I like to add a little bit of onions to mine.

Well, in mine I put...

1 can of tuna (drained)

One boiled egg (diced)

1t of sweet relish

1tbs of mayo

1/2t mustard

1 stalk of celery (diced small)

1/2 carrot (shredded)

Mix well and place on toasted wheat bread.

It is when you mix tuna,mayonnaise,pickles,salt, and pepper together. Then you put it on a piece of bread, or you can toast the bread.
