Am I blacklisted to work at any Carl's Jr. in my city because of this?

So I' started working at a Carl's Jr. restaurant 3 weeks ago, and it's about 5 miles away from me and got in. The problem is that I've only showed up for a day of training and didn't show up anymore because it didn't work out for me, I didn't even inform any of the managers or shift leaders there that I would quit. I have a friend who's a manager called them up to see if I'm still hired and they said no because I'm fired out. Do you guys think I'm able to work again in any of the Carl's Jr. restaurants in my city, will they find out that I got fired out from another Carl's Jr. I really hope that I can still get in... this sucks, I need to work temporarily. For anyone of you who worked as a Shift leader, or any manager position, please tell me how it works and if I can still work in any other locations in my city? I'm so sorry for what I did.

So you didnt' even bother to call them to quit. Why the hell would they want to ever hire you? You treat them like crap and you expect everything to be just fine? If you need to work, you should have found a way to make it work out.

Most of the places are franchises - so if you go to any store in the franchise, you won't be hired. But the owners talk and if you go to another store in the franchise, they may know about what kind of employee you are.

I suggest you try a different place to work.

I doubt any other Carl Jr's will hire you and if they do, you will probably get fired when they find out about you. If you're smart you won't add this job to your resume. You proved to this establishment that you are lazy, irresponsible and don't much care that you left your co-workers short handed. You do not want a future employer called Carl Jr. restaurant for a reference for you.

Yes, you foolishly quit without giving any notice, that proves your immature thus don't deserve a job with them. As you grow up you will learn Poor choices can follow you for years, maybe McDonald will take you.

Find another job at another place and don't just walk off if it doesn't "work out" for you.

The best answer to you would be, call and explain and apologize. It may be difficult to get them to rehire you, unless you have a really good excuse. Are you sure you want to work for them?
