Im doing my final for my enviormental science class, and I need a statistic for this. Like comparing fast food consumers to locavores.

I'm sorry that I don't have a statistic for you, but I would like to comment that restaurants for the most part do not recycle boxes, plastic and bottles. It's incredible how much trash they have that can be reused...it wouldn't be hard for each restaurant to recycle.
