I would have to say Jack In The Box has the best milkshakes. They have the best Oreo shake, all the time - and they rotate other flavors. My favorite flavor so far has been Carmel.



But - OMG - you don't want to look at the calorie content of those things! It is scary to see just how many calories are in a shake. At some places - the shakes have more calories than the burgers.

Culvers uses frozen custard in their shakes so yeah, they're seriously good. I don't know if Fuddrucker's counts as fast food but they make those old fashioned shakes with the extra on the side, yum! Arby's Jamoca is still my favorite but so many places make it with such a small amount of Jamoca flavoring that you might as well be drinking a vanilla shake.

I cant stand their other food, way to overdone.



But they ahve some amazing shakes, one is the captain crunch shake and it bites your face off with goodness.

Denny's does make the best, by far. They're not fast food, but the actual food is like what you would get at a fast food place kinda.
