Well a restaurant that is in Florida that isn't anywhere else is Crispers. They have a lot of good salads.(Their summer salad is amazing!) It's kind of like a Panera Bread in a way. So, I recommend stopping there. So, salads can be the way to go. Just don't put on lots of dressing!

Judging by your past questions, you could stand to gain weight. You have a very unhealthy obsession with being skinny.

Chicken sandwiches and salads are probably best.

Now a days pretty much every restaurant has healthy alternatives. I usually get salads or fruit.

Some of my favorites:

McDonald's asian chicken salad with grilled chicken (10 g fat)

Add 2.5 g fat for low-fat ginger sesame dressing.

McDonald's also has various SnackWraps with grilled chicken (8-10 g fat)

McDonald's for breakfast has the original Egg McMuffin (12 g fat)

For other McDonald's snacks, I like the Fruit and Yogurt Parfait (2 g fat) and the Apple Dippers with Caramel Sauce (0.5 g fat)

McDonald's for dessert has the Vanilla ice cream cone (3.5 g fat)

Del Taco's Chicken Taco Del Carbon (5 g fat) - good, but pretty small- definitely get more than 1! Also comes in steak.

Arby's Junior Roast Beef Sandwich (10 g fat) or Ham and Cheese Melt (5 g fat)

Jack In the Box has the Chicken fajita pita (10 g fat, 7 if you omit the cheese)

Wendy's sour cream and chives baked potato PLUS chili (10 g fat). Add a junior-size frosty (4 g fat)

KFC's Honey BBQ Chicken Snacker (only 3 g fat! One of my favorites! Only 99 cents where I live, and they're actually pretty sizeable)

Carl's Jr. has the Charbroiled BBQ Chicken Sandwich (4.5 g fat). A little plain, but good if you like BBQ sauce.

Taco Bell - anything on the "Fresco" menu - quite a few options!

Pretty much all fast food places have side salads now which are basically zero fat if you get fat-free dressing and skip the croutons.

If you ARE in the mood for splurging on something fried, I'd recommend Chick-Fil-A. They use peanut oil without trans fat, and their chicken is really good. They also have neat sides like fresh fruit cups.

A lot of fast food items can be made healthier if you get them without mayo, use fat-free or low-fat dressing, skip the cheese and sour cream, etc.

I'd suggest looking at fast food websites because they list all their nutrition facts. Good Luck!

I own a book, that helps you make better food choices when you go out. It's called EAT THIS NOT THAT. I have it, and so far it's helped me (while still losing weight!) They make several kinds, I got the yellow book. It helped me, it should help you too! Some restaurants aren't listed but if you go to Wendy's, McDonald's, etc. they have them, and they will tell you what is good to eat and what's bad!

Hope this helped! and good luck!
