I would Say Nether, McDonald's kills real chickens in a factory

to make the McChicken.

The Double Cheeseburger has a ton of Calories.

But if you don't care I would say the McChicken.

personally i don't know but if u go to the McDonald website u can find out the exact nutritional value of any of their food items, even the sauces and everything and they have a great feature that lets u put together ur meal so u can see how many calories total ur whole meal is.
